• Two free emergency calls per month. Emergencies are limited to rebooting your server and inserting a CD into the CD ROM for remote installs. If proper rebooting requires technical consulting from Adult Site Hosting, you will be charged the standard consulting fee (see below for information on consulting fees).
• Bandwidth Monitoring: Monitor your bandwidth usage online by logging into Account Management. All you need is your Membership number and your verification name to login in and view your bandwidth usage. Now you'll know if you're incurring any extra bandwidth charges. Remember that you will be billed monthly for any bandwidth over and above the amount included in your monthly fee.
• Security Concerns: Keeping your server secure is one of the most important responsibilities you have as the administrator of your dedicated server. Via our consulting services, we will be happy to assist you in making your server as secure as possible. Please be advised that if your server is affected by a security breach and needs to be restored, we will charge our normal consulting fee to perform the restoration.
• Technical Consulting: While the installation of any and all firmware, operating systems and applications is the sole responsibility of you, the customer, Adult Site Hosting Technical Consultants are available to assist you with technical support issues. A standard consulting fee of $75/half hour with a minimum of 1/2 hour applies. Problem resolution on all incidents is typically achieved within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
